Since I ask you guys to share your script results, only fair that I share mine :)
BTW .. Just to be clear, when I say those 2 settings should match, I mean on all your PC's/Devices. So, if you have a PC/Device not work try matching the settings to one that does. Again, this is SWAG and may have no affect at all :)
Note: This is for my laptop and it matches my desktop. Both are Win10 Home (1803)

That's to be expected ... It will only show connections if you have an active share, meaning you've actually connected to a share recently. FYI ... If it does show connections, you can tell what SMB version the connection is using by the Dialect. Your surface 4 is connected to your nas are using SMBv1 (Dialect 1.5)
My connections for my Mapped Network Drives are using SMBv3 (Dialect 3.1.1)

Thanks, You don't need to post any more. From what you've posted, the settings all look the same (even the EnableSecuritySignature an RequireSecuritySignature). Unless I'm mistaken (from your previous post) these are the same devices that can't access shares on each other. Feel free to compare your other PC's / Devices tho :)
Guess I'm barking up the wrong tree and those 2 settings are just for security and don't have anything to do with file sharing not working
If anyone else has any ideas, I'm all ears :)
