Looks like my system recovered from high CPU usage by Sleepstudy proces. Also managed to get out of last sleep.
Was just going to start messing with it (roll back, repair etc..)

.17751 downloaded and installed with no apparent issues. ISO made. The little I played with it last night, I could not find any problems.

Win10 Pro IP on Laptop VirtualBox VM ...
Don't know what happened with this IP update, but Windows Store and Default Apps wouldn't work (crash on open). Tried the usual fixes (re-install/re-register, sfc /scannow, dism check/restore), but nothing worked. Did a Reset PC, which fixed things, so I assume it was a corrupt profile (MS Account only). Not sure if it's the new OneDrive or what, but now I have an Edge & Phone shortcut on my desktop and I can't delete them ... lol
I am curious if the following caused PC to disappear off my local network.
We fixed a recent issue that could result in some flakey network connectivity (including networks stuck “identifying”, and stale network flyout connectivity state). Note, there are a variety of factors that may impact your networking experience, so if you continue to experience flakiness after upgrading to this build, please log feedback.
I have checked services to make sure Function Discovery Resource Publication is set to automatic. No problems in previous builds. Anyone else having this problem? I logged feedback.
Thanks for the reply. I have the network set as private. This is a 4 PC network all running Windows 10. I can still get to the 17751.1 PC by typing in its domain name. I am at a lost right now as I've double checked everything but I still have a doubt in my head that I've missed something. I can't think of what it could be.
Update is in progress in a Virtualbox VM. I made the ISO and will play with shared folders tomorrow to move it. Or send it to onedrive.
No problems here.
No clean install. All works perfectly and smooth.
30-40 mins for installation.
Like you, I have 4 machines - Surface and Laptop on latest Win 10 update - ASUS on Skippy - Gigabyte on Fast ring. As seen in the pic, right now are all visible on Network. This is not always the case. I have found by "refreshing the Network" I can, sometimes, get all 4 machines to show up.
I have done this "I have checked services to make sure Function Discovery Resource Publication is set to automatic.", but set to automatic, delayed start, as was suggested here in another thread.
The only thing consistent with this situation is the inconsistency of it all.
