Yes, Action Center is still broken for me, too.

I am asked to verify my identity on this PC. However, when I open 'verify' it partially opens then immediately closes again.

Upon second reboot, I do have Action Center. Still unable to verify on Account page, however, have received a text verification code and entered it and it was accepted. Still, unable to verify on Account page.

Update to desktop took 48 minutes.

@kado897. On second computer, install takes longer but no problem with Action center and no verification issues
