17741 downloaded and installed and ISO made. Took about 1 hour as per usual. No discernable issues.

I installed this build a couple of nights ago and although everything appears to be working ok something isn't right.
My event viewer is showing multiple instances of event ID 1534 Profile notification of event Load for component {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB} failed, error code is See Tracelogging for error details.

Can anyone let me know how to fix this.

Can someone tell me what the primary difference is between the Latest Version & the Skip Ahead Version is....not including the obvious notion that it will be the next whatever...

Latest Version (Fast Ring) is beta version of RS5 1809 to be next release in (probably) October 2018.

Skip Ahead is next version after that i.e. RS6 1903 to be released in (probably) April 2019.

The latest Insider Fast Ring build is a beta of what's coming in October. It will probably be finalized in September, and be called 'Version 1809, but generally released in October. There will be no new features - down to the bug-fixing now. I'm running it right now, and it's just about fully baked as far as I can tell. It will be a 17xxx build.

The Skip Ahead build is an alpha look at what's coming next Spring (Northern Hemisphere). They are calling the code name 19H1 (not RS6), and presumably the version will be 1903, and released in April. This will be an 18xxx build. It will most likely change a lot between now and then.

When 1809 is released, there will be a 'rest' for a while, the Skip Ahead program will close, and then what we call Skip Ahead now will become the new Fast Ring builds. Then, Skip Ahead will resume, presumably with 19xxx builds code named 19H2, version 1909, slated for October 2019 release.

But MS can't seem to stick with a naming scheme very long. This one makes too much sense, so I fully expect them to change it :-/

Is anyone being told they need to verify their account, but when clicking on Verify, it comes up, whirls around a bit and then closes without doing anything else?

Before that, I was told I needed to fix my account, but when I check it out, everything's working properly.
