Also these view options work well:

    • Tiles
    • Content

    These do not work well:
    • Extra large icons
    • Small icons
    • Medium icons
    • List
    • Details

Anyone having issues with OPENING Security Center with 18219, on two PC's I am seeing white screen and then crash of Security Center...tried going through SETTINGS and still it white screens and crash...anyone know of a fix.

I really wish I had not opted for SKIP Ahead, this is just BS, do these idiots even do basic tests....last Insider for me.
Had similar problem but it was Defender crashing although at one point the Windows Security app also crashed. Fixed my issue with disabling Defender in gpedit. Opening the Windows Security app and while still open re-enabled Defender.

I'm guessing with File Explorer dark theme, the problem they are running into, is changing from light to dark, without requiring a sign in-sign out, or restart, like you need to with tools like UXstyles and so on..

Another dumb thing is, Control Panel and File Explorer use the same UI(Explorer), and it should also change to dark, by they left that out also.

    Like I said(as a themer/theme creator) very sloppy.
Use QTTabBar or a third party toolbar and it's a real mess.

I don't use any 3rd party shell enhancements any more.
if I really wanted the desktop to look exactly how I want, I could always theme my Win8.1 Pro VM, or my Ubuntu VM and use that as a desktop

I try to leave Windows 10 host "pure" Win10 now(less quirks on the Semi-Annual Channel(current branch) than Skippy or Fast Build).

I'm using 'Old/New Explorer', 'Ribbon Disabler' and QTTabBar...

everything is fine except QTTabBar's Settings Panel
