Repeating steps. Making ISO before restart.

Last two builds have been terrible to install. The last 5 or 6 builds i have done the updates via UUP ISO. The last two won't complete get to 87% and stall out.On 17728 i was able to do a WU and get it installed. This last one I had to do a clean install. The UUP ISO wouldn't do an update but it did a clean install.

I've had issues with 17713, 17723, 17728 and 17730. All builds has serious UWP issues causing locks and freezes for me for some apps. Build 17723 was the worst.

Not even a clean install helps.

These issues makes no sense to me. I have no filesystem errors, no systemfile integrity violations, no event errors that could be even remotely related but still I get a lot of hiccups on UWP. That includes all UWP apps, notifications and settings. Most other tasks especially win32 applications works great though.

Update to 17730 and the ISO was made. No problems so far. Seems stable.
