Sorry for raging about this, but it really annoys the crap out of me and should be a concern to others too.
CORTANA: Currently does not work in your country.
This has been going on for ages now. When will they complete the darn thing? When will they make her a bit smarter than a freaking booth? When will I be able to run Cortana on my Android in my country, so that I can sync everything back and forth between PC and mobile?
...see!?! These are the questions I'm asking myself and Microsoft, and neither of us know the answer. Most of these new and "exciting" features are only available in the US and a few other exception. That is not good enough! And MS does not seem to understand how horrible the situation is, no matter how much we "foreigners" rant about this.
Almost every single new interactive feature involves Cortana in one way or another and IT DOES NOT WORK IN MY COUNTRY.
Not only Cortana, but also some other features, Microsoft is clearly showing "US & English first, f**k the rest" policy. Somehow it is looking as if they have decided to make Windows 10 an American OS only. As unfortunate as it is, it seems it's working for them. I mean, why should they care about users outside US, when they have enough potential customers there?

Yep, and it's sad. I don't know what they're thinking. We get a lot of progress and most stuff work ok, but nothing is working really great. What comes to internationalization, they have all the core components there already in Bing/Translate/Windows/Office. Why is it so hard to add it to everything.
The local newsfeed has improved a bit, but at first they used sources like Iltalehti or Seiska and similar, which are known to contain a lot of garbage news. No Yle Helsingin Sanomat nor MTV3, which usually give quite good local and global info here in Finland.
There's so much more to rant about...
Edit: I still can't get over the fact that the weather app can't be configured to report wind speed in m/s rather than km/h.
Foreca.fi defaults:
EDIT2: Almost forgot, here in Finland we measure rainfall in mm, NOT cm, which is another thing that can't be configured in the weather app.

- what do you use to view your photos on your PC..?
- there should be a dated saved photo file, if your using the Windows10 Photos app
- well, it goes there by default with a Windows Phone, so I imagine it's pretty much the same..
- you could look for a dated file somewhere among your My Pictures folder

Clean installed from the latest MS ISO. then updated to 17730. Only one long number folder in Software Dristribution/download. Six files in it. Can't make an ISO. Any help?
Here's what's working with Phone App:
Source: Microsoft Support - Switch seamlessly between your phone and PC
On Android:
For all features, Microsoft Launcher is required (which I dislike, but the features would be great if the UI would not change)
For continuing to browse a web page Edge is required (works great)
For any Cortana features Cortana is required (does not work in my region)
