I'm having issues with my Dell XPS 2720 upgrading to 17728 Insider Preview. Have tried multiple WU-based installs, WUMT, and just recently, upgrade install from an ISO created using UUPDump & UUP2ISO. No joy anywhere. Trying to figure out what's failing. Can somebody please point me at logs to dig up and look at to see what's going wrong?
Thanks in advance for such insight as others may be able to share with me.

Installed 17728 without any trouble. ISO made. Seems stable. I'll play with it this weekend.

Can someone help me by either providing me with an ISO for the 64 Pro or all versions for this latest 728 version when they have time? I have VLK keys so it really don't matter which one..just 64 bit is a must :). If someone has the same issue as I have below (and has a solution), then perhaps I can avoid re-installing. I could NOT update to the last version as well 17723
You can upload it to my G Drive or FTP if you wish. I am having a problem and stuck on 17713 still. I tried the UUP method from 'https://uup.rg-adguard.net/index.php' which generates the links, however, when executed it downloaded less then 1.2GB and returned me to the CMD prompt with another rude error...heh.
I woke up the other day and the Control Center gave me this rude window:
I didn't have this before. Yes I am signed into my MS account and yes updates are not paused and yes I tried sfc/ scannow, etc. w/o any luck. Boo Hoo
I am stuck on 17713 for now with explorer still having to be re-started every 10 mins or so as it slows down everything.
No virus/malware/etc on this puppy, so something else is going on and while I can indeed re-install (which is the reason I am asking heh) I would like to fix this issue....Windows update troubleshitter & dumping SoftwareDist d/l folder didn't cut it either. My services are as they have always been.
I am still set to the 'Semi-Annual' Targeted' update channel.
A telemetry Group Policy setting I guess is being a ding dong. I went through 'gpedit' and the only thing i have changed was the 'disable driver updates' option under Win Update.

This was one of the ways I used to fix the same problem.

EDGE will not connect with external sites, even MS (Feedback, help), since insider 17713 (one desktop and one laptop as insider test machines). I can connect normally to any local devices like my router (wrt1900ac), servers', nas', printers' and other web controls. Clearing history didn't help either. Nslookup finds MS and any other sites at the command line and IE works normally. All my "normal 1803 17134.165" machines work as expected.
Any ideas???
