No, the MCT has not changed, but the ISO it downloads has.

I downloaded the MCT - the Properties>Details for the .exe file said 17134.1
I ran the MCT to make an ISO, then mounted the ISO. The properties>Details of Setup.exe said 17134.1
It wasn't until I used the ISO to do a clean install that I could see that it installed 17134.112 as the base build.
    Where can I get updated 1803 ISO - build version 17134.337+ - Page 2 - Windows 10 Forums

    And, as Ztrucker shows...
used dism /Get-WimInfo /WimFile:L:\sources\install.esd /index:1 to query it and got:

Your LAN problems are more likely to be down to changes in the defaults for networking settings, particularly in the way the deprecated SMB1 is handled. You may find that 1803 will work for you if you turn on SMB1. Network Discovery is another setting you may need to adjust. See if these threads help.

Already tried all of those suggestions, including SMB1 and for the time being will leave it on 1709 with 1803 deferred. Hopefully one day ….

Has anyone else noticed that the power settings don't work properly? I have my desktop set to turn off the display after 10 minutes and the computer should go to sleep after 30 minutes. Right now the computer goes to sleep after 10 minutes. Also for some reason the OS seems to think this desktop is a laptop with a battery.

Where to get.112? Under.1 after an offline clean instal, l the Insider channel is enabled. The main reason for not using 1803.

Yes, that was a bug in the early public builds of 1803, a remanent of Insider builds that should have been removed (but wasn't). For those of us who installed 17134.1 it is no longer an issue because this was fixed by the cumulative update to build 17134.112. If you use the MCT it will now download the ISO for build 17134.112, so you can use that for clean installs.

    They fixed Feedback Frequency issue.

The MCT version is the same (17134.1) but it will download 17134.112. A little misleading...

They should have changed the MCT version.
    Typical Microsoft---poor software configuration management.
With 1000's of people working on this, would have thought just 1 would have noticed.

I always download as an ISO file for both versions (32 & 64-bit).
Then use Rufus to create the USB flash boot device.
Downloading now to see if file size is any different.
