Since they just announced SKIPPY - I wonder if things are rolling out slowly - with not all getting the same updates at the same time - ???

Mine doesn't work consistently - only sometimes. It didn't - then it did - now it doesn't

There are several solutions for that bug, I already got used to do this:

I selected skip ahead on the computer that has been on skip ahead since the beginning of skip ahead. I have no updates on that device but a cu on other 3 computers that are used for current build.
