New Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 17713.1002 - July 26 Insider

I've clicked on Notifications and it works fine. What's wrong with it on your end, Count?
Nothing happens when I click on Time-Date in taskbar but clicking on Notifications icon every other time opens Calendar and next time notifications and every time it's like that. Roundy-round.

Oh! I read that. It's really strange that so many are having issues while I (for now) don't have any.
I guess with the next Build I'll be the one with problems.

Not only that, but toast notifications are pretty random. I just got a flurry of email notifications for emails that had arrived half an hour before. Sounds related to the roundabout issue w/ clock/calendar/notifications.

Yeah, notifications appear late, almost finished MR backup when I got message that it's starting.

Win+Shift opens language bar.

At the beginning I didn't understand well one of the solutions that they gave for the ellipsis menu bug in the apps, now I do understand it...
Strange.

17713
Completed the installation of 17713 last night and made the ISO. Still seeing the mouse bug in Windows Store. Keyboard workaround is still functioning.

I've had a few issues with the update as well. The update is currently at 84% and about an hour in. I did have two monitor connected to my computer, but the driver for the ATI Radeon HD 4250 display adapter has an error code 39, and my displays are duplicate. This is the second attempt to update today. But I love Windows 10, so like a marrage...I keep trying...haha.
