Impossible to answer that question, I believe that not even Microsoft knows it yet.

RS5 will be released as version 1809, which refers to September 2018. However, officially Windows 10 feature upgrades will usually be released in month following the month told in version number.

Using a few of the last versions as an example, version 1703 was released for Insiders on March 20, 2017 as version number indicates, but GA (general availability) date was pushed to April 5, 2017.

Version 1709, for Insiders September 26, 2017, GA October 17, 2017.

Version 1803, for Insiders April 16, 2018, GA April 30, 2018.

My guess is Insiders get 1809 sometime last half of September, GA date being around mid-October.
