New Windows 10 Insider Preview Slow Build 17713.1002 - July 26 Insider
-
Two computers updated without problems and made iso. One computer returned to 17711 with error message. Will try later with it to see if I can successfully update it. The laptop is still installing. Haven’t had time to try anything—had To stop and get ready for doctor appointment—what Every older person gets to do far too often.

Good luck with the doctor.
-
Eset is still a mess and not fixable.
-
GSOD again. Same place. Think I'm giving this build a miss.

Good luck with the doctor.
thank you

This was one of the fastest and smoothest Insider builds I've ever experienced, and I've been an Insider since Day 1.

Interesting, the previous update said Build 17711.rs_prerelease while this one says Windows 10 Insider Preview 17713.1000 (rs5_release).

From very beginning of release notes (Insider Blog post):
We are getting close to the point in the development cycle where our focus will be on stabilization for RS5. As part of the stabilization process, we have “forked” RS5 into its own branch called “RS5_RELEASE” just like we did for RS4 and RS3 before that. Insiders will see this branch change with today’s build.

Update:
Known issues
- [ADDED] We are currently working to resolve a known issue in Build 17713 that is causing Window Recovery Environment (WinRE) to be inaccessible and causing Recovery/Reset scenarios to be blocked. ‘Reset this PC’ and ‘Advanced Startup’ options under Settings -> Update & Security -> Recovery are affected and not working as designed. As recovery is critical we anticipate resolving this issue in the next build release. For more information – see this forum post.
