    I'm just tired on MS trying to update everything all the time. Especially with that new project Rome os they are making about trying to be a cloud OS is concerning. Since at that point it will be a cumulative update everyday.

    It's been doing it ever since version 1803. Really annoying. I think it has something to do with the new algorithm in place for WU. It's like Windows didn't know I restarted the computer or something. It's been sucessfully installed, updated build number, no errors, only issue being that Windows says I need to restart my PC. It's not an isolated issue either because there are reports of this since April.
