Grrrrr! Classic shell is playing up. It only opens once.
Stuck (hopefully only temporarily) on Downloading - 100%. My BIOS update (even if beta) worked out fine and I still can't figure why the physical machine sometimes turns off when multitaking. It is not related to what host OS I boot into. I got a 50% off deal from Stardock (which has been in business for 25 years - started out with OS/2!) Object Desktop. I occasionally get Tabs and ran mach2 to enable Sets but really don't see any use for it - yet. Everything will change once I get a Ryzen system. It's too bad I will have to buy DDR4 memory but that shows how old the system I have is)
Looks like I have been lucky going by some of the posted comments.
Clicked on Update, apart from Defender intallation, informed am up to date.
Checked and found my version 17686 had dumped me from fast to slow lane.
Changed back to fast but will probably have to wait a day or two for it to take effect.
Hmmmm.... told you so? Classic Shell no longer in development, and now open source - Page 11 - Windows 10 Forums

You should retry the update right away. My experience is that if I've been dumped, as you say, from Fast to Slow when I change back to Fast the update starts up immediately.

Classic Shell broken here as well.
If you are referring to my post do note my version is Build 17686.
Believe the reason why cannot update is because had to do a "Reset this PC" as it appeared to have downloaded twice....leaving me short on disc space.
Reset solved the problem gaining some 30GB....then dumped me in the slow lane.
