It was just an observation - it will not affect me, but we have to bear it in mind if people try to update from 17134 or Insider prior to 17655 who may get puzzled why it upgrades twice for example.

No. My internet connection is fast (100 / 20 Mbps) and I am extremely satisfied with it, usually getting full speed all the time.

But the upgrade is still showing "Downloading - 2%", two hours after the upgrade was found.

Why don't you look in task manager ?

Had to redo my custom Taskmanager settings again! What I had saved/exported from Reg wouldn't work. PITA
