Why MS makes every one click objective in to +3 steps to get to?
They moved most useful tools in to the simple "Setting" window, where you barely have any option to control and have to use the classic way, like the Control panel.
Now they removed the sound control from the volume icon and have to drag and select it from the simple "Setting"
Very annoying for video/sound editors -_-
Windows is becoming more like Mac, getting sick of this.
about Speculative Store Bypass (CVE-2018-3639). These protections aren't enabled by default. For Windows client (IT pro) guidance, follow the instructions in KB4073119. For Windows Server guidance, follow the instructions in KB4072698. Use this guidance document to enable mitigations for Speculative Store Bypass (CVE-2018-3639) I have a desktop and two laptops (home computers) so this doesn't concern them?
are they ever going to fix icm profiles? I cant use my lg monitor icm because it screen goes really dark.
so been using calibrated sRGB profile
I have just updated my work computer too. No issues so far.
Thank you - as i said above, so far I've been lucky - no Networking issues at all.
However - a thought occurred:
I wonder if the people getting Networking issues used to run Homegroup which is no longer a Windows 10 option?
I always disabled Homegroup preferring to set up shares on my PCs as appropriate and access them that way.
My theory is, therefore, just that, as I've no way of testing it, and, sadly, no suggestions as to how to fix it.
Just "throwing it out there", so to speak.
This update did not go so well.
My notification center keep saying a restart is scheduled, but I restarted 3 times already ?
