See if that works. I have yet to install so not tested with this update.

Can also appear if you have set anything non-standard using Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit). it always appears on all my machines and has done since I updated from Windows 7 and set some of the Update policies.

I have set some policies in GPedit to prevent Windows from automatically download and install updates & Drivers.

Bad news for me, update installed but still says it requires a restart to complete install - I've done so three times & it's still saying that.
    Currently restoring today's image.

If it fails like that again, go get the standalone installer from Post #1 above.

As we have come to expect of 1803 by now, the slightly confusing 'Some settings are managed by your organization' appears in Windows Update, only to disappear again after the restart has completed the install.

    Attachment 192042

Its purpose just seems to be to let you know you have Active Hours set.

    Attachment 192043
Except it didn't go away after reboot for me. Maybe it will after another reboot.

Why? Did you install the standalone ... never failed for me -- Win Update has been borked since Win 8 - it can't be trusted IMHO.
