"Some Insiders may find increased reliability and performance issues when launching Start on this build. We’re investigating."

I'll give feedback on whether or not I see these. But what exactly does MS mean by "increased reliabilty issue" Guess we will see

after going to my main drive (NON insider) and making a new image of both drives, I switched back to the Insider partition to find that, lo and behold, SETS is missing once again. Gone, gone, gone! I can't friggin believe it! It was present on installation and following reboot. But after switching to main drive to back up system, it disappeared.

That's what was happening to me in the last build and was fixed in this one. It manifested itself like this:
Start button was inactive while some program was opening, like it was loosing focus.
Right click menu on Start didn't run most items on it, only UWP ones.
Bottom part of Start menu was not visible in some cases.

Blimey - I had to read it a couple of times. MS sometimes show a spectacular inability to properly use the English language at times!

What that phrase actually means in real English :-

Increased Reliabity Issues ---> You are going to get cases where the reliability is better!

What MS mean of course is MORE (UN)reliability issues!

This build has a definite bug for me. When I boot up to Windows the first time I do a Start/Search for an item & click on the result, all is fine. After that however I get a blue revolving circle where the mouse is (like Windows Search is still looking!). However the Settings/Program list's are working so I can still find everything, but it's a pain. Worse on this build.

MS tends to mangle any language. You should see see nonsense they write in Serbian language !! I blame it on programmers and their usage of different than Common Folks terms and inventing new words or just misusing old ones.

Yeah - when I worked in Denmark, many users preferred to use English versions as the text often mangled Danish language (which is quite clever as the Danish can quite happily mangle the language without outside help - LOL).

Lol. Depends whether you read it as (Increased reliablity) issues or Increased (reliability issues). Isn't English wonderful?
