I just had my first big trouble with this build: The computer woke up at 09 PM for the daily backup and then it went back to sleep as normally it do, but when I tried to wake it up with the mouse movement it just crashed.

I have been using the UUP Dump miniserver utility with great success. Now, when trying to download this latest build, I am getting an error, saying that the parameter is incorrect.

I have also redownloaded the utility and the issue remains.

    Any tips?

    Try this:
New Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast and Skip Ahead Build 17682 -May 31

    Or this:
"Workaround is to run miniserver and then manually enter the address to the browser. By default it's 127.0.0.1:44400"
That is part of a response given by the creator of the tool.

Nice tip. I did EXACTLY THAT (manually entered the address) and it worked.

Why didn't it automatically go to the webpage like before?

This is the response of the creator of the tool:
"I cannot do anything with it. The server starts default browser by using start command and for some reason it's broken there"

Is Edge set as your default browser? I was getting the same error on 2 computers. They both had Firefox as the default browser. When I changed to Edge as the default browser UUPDump started working again,
I, too, had Firefox as my default browser, so just for giggles, I switched it back to Edge (ewww). Re-ran UUP "update.cmd" and lo and behold, I hooked right up to the mini-dump server. I WAS able to connect using Firefox, manually entering "127.0.0.1:44400" as my go-to destination. Strange.

This CP & PS cursor that @Kari reported most be an issue on this build because as I said before I had the same problem and rebooting fixed.

But right now I just opened Command Prompt and there is no cursor at all but, it is OK on PowerShell.
I have same, big fat white blinking cursor in command prompt and Power shell. Was always like that.

No cursor, or same colour as background - maybe it will be visible after a background colour change?

Solved a problem that was baffling me starting with build 17666 (the demon build). Microsoft is no longer including the firmware to boot from BIOS based (not UEFI based) motherboards. I really wonder if this is just an oversight or MS is no longer going to support older BIOS based mobos going forward. I have confirmed by creating a VMware 14.1.2 VM with a virtualizaed UEFI disk and it booted off the 17682 ISO I created and the system installed.
?????? I do not understand how booting in uefi mode in a virtual machine confirms MS are no longer going to support legacy bios (which is garbage by the way).

Isos created manually are not official isos, so it is possible they are incomplete - that's all. You are just making an assumption without any real substantiation.

Installed...finally. I thought someone here told me you could only so a clean install from a burned ISO
onto a DVD? Well I did a clean install on my secondary SSD internal drive as a clean install. Got rid of any green screens, as
mentioned in my previous post. Sets enabled (yet again) via Mach2 fix. Not sure why. Otherwise all okay...just reinstalling my software.
