I called it - now is the time to get it.
Two out of three machines updated fine through WU without obvious issues. My Dell Venue Pro didn't see an update in WU (even though it's on the Fast Ring), nor did one show up in WUMT, either. I used UUP Dump to grab the files, and UUP2ISO to build an ISO image, then ran setup from the mounted volume of that stuff. It just booted to the OOBE "Hi. We're making changes to your PC" message, so apparently this worked also. I think my restart issues with the machine may FINALLY be fixed with this build. Have to wait for the OOBE process to finish to check this. If it does work, I'll add a follow-up comment to this post.

[Note added 16 hours later] Drat! Though the OS installer can restart normally while it's running, I can't get the machine to restart normally from the command line or through the GUI. I have to remove the battery, take the device off external power, then plug the external power back in and hold the power button down for 5 sec to get the device to start up after it powers off. I've tried everything that Kari and I can think of to get it to behave normally but I can't make it work: no Fast Boot, no Secure Boot, all BIOS settings at factory defaults otherwise. If anybody has any ideas on how to attack this next, I'm all ears!

Recently the Store was updated with a change that had to do with Sets, I mentioned it here, but that update had not reached Skip Ahead or the Fast ring, after installing this build, this update came to these rings, but still doesn't work properly, it is assumed that, with the change of position of the arrow to go back, the name of the app should not appear twice, but still appears:
It's a bug, because it happens exactly the same when you open the Movies & TV app, but in the case of this application, the name of the app disappears almost immediately:
I suppose that in the case of the Store they will fix it with another update later.

Well, even though there has been two times that my BT keyboard stopped typing, upon turning off BT and back on, it starting working again without my having to unpair and reconnect it. So that is progress from last build, although not by much. Everything else seems to be working perfectly well.
Done!
It was 37 minutes 'till reboot + 13 minutes to Desktop.
And this time 3 reboot only.
Not bad I guess!
Anyone able to tell how to change Command Prompt and PowerShell cursor back to white? It turned black after the upgrade and especially in Command Prompt with black background it is impossible to see which makes editing long command lines almost impossible. I like the black traditional Command Prompt background so changing it to something lighter, although an option, is not something I'd like to do.
The black cursor is somewhat easier to see against PowerShell's blue background; although still quite difficult. At least I can see it enough to edit long command lines:

I used UUPDump to upgrade my laptop and desktop. I didn't actually time it but it was quick. I did notice that my i7 laptop updated about twice as fast as my i5 desktop. Sets is coming along nicely with the new improvements. So far I'm very happy with this build.
