I've been experimenting & using the Ransonware/Protected Folders option in Windows Security...adding some additional folders when a warning appears (for programs I use). Seems to work very well.
My question is when the next build comes out would you advise me to switch off the Ransomware feature during the upgrade process, just in case Windows blocks the update () ? May seem an odd question but it would not surprise me if some update files were blocked.
Thanks, for your thoughts.
Update.cmd was the first thing I ran. I was hoping that there was a update to UUPDump so I deleted it and downloaded it again. I still get the same results. I downloaded UUPDump on my HP desktop that is running the Pro version of the April 2018 update and it works. I'm going to make the ISO with my HP desktop and try doing in place repair installs and see if that fixes my problem.
