Using screen snip I inadvertently used the 'full screen clip' and had to delete original post. Just trying out different settings in the app.

Except for the funny shape you can produce with screen snip I see no advantage over the snipping tool.
At the time, it's not even on par with Snipping tool. Doesn't offer time delay. But it's practical, still beta and in development, guess we will get what's missing ..

Why the Start Menu entry? It doesn't do anything!

It's called Screen Sketch. You can pin it to Start, to taskbar, and (think so) drag it to desktop... It is also in notification area

I like this feature - fun and practical, too.

Maybe they are planning to make it an encoder too. Or maybe add some configuration options...

    Isn't that what a codec is? (code-decode)

A Snipping Tool clip will reside in the new Clipboard UI and can be retrieved from there but will not open in Screen Sketch, still has to be pasted into Paint, or other...

4,211,181,568 bytes. I haven't used it, so don't know if it is a valid ISO or not.

4,112,486 kb -- I thought it sounded large, based on previous builds. Thanks @IMOd for responding. I haven't used this yet either. I did a recovery and redownload/install today on one of my machines.
