I was having a similar issue on 1709 before I clean installed 1803. I have an Intel SSD with a 167GB C:\ partition. Settings>System>Storage was showing my System and Reserved as being a whopping 1.9 PB and all other categories were showing as hundreds of TB each. I have no idea why it started doing this and I thought it was leftover from deleting a Linux partition that I had been dual-booting from a few months before. I saw others with the same issue on Google, but nobody could pinpoint the exact cause...

Oh, I see. well, you could have the entire OS look like you want with uxtheme signature bypass dll, and using any 3rd party visual style from deviantart or whatever. windows 1803 is compatible and works fine. even themes for creators update still work ok.

Honestly, I have never heard of uxtheme signature bypass dll. I would definitely like to check it out if you can provide a reference. As for a third-party visual style, I already have WindowBlinds, but just out of curiosity, I would also appreciate a reference with regard to "deviantart".
