They still haven't fixed the issue on some PCs where clicking on "Set defaults by app" crashes the settings app.

Very fast update.
I see the Settings/Privacy/Diagnostics & Feedback : Feedback Frequency - Windows insider manages this option with the selector greyed out issue is still present (I know it can be fixed manually but I've decided to leave it like that to see if M will fix it).
Also, Settings/Apps/Default Apps/Set Defaults by App : still does not work/crashes if I have Sumatra PDF installed. If I uninstall it and use the portable version, Set Defaults by App loads. I see for some it doesn't work at all.
Group Policy can be added in Windows 10 Home...
On the other hand, if you don't want to do this, you can change all GPO settings directly in the registry by following the Group Policy Settings Reference for Windows and Windows Server
Yes you can. Just see this post.
No I'm not going to add that to Windows 10 Home. I think I read Brink recommend against doing that as it may cause problems with the machine. I had already made the registry change mentioned earlier in 1803 thread but then reversed it to see if M would put it back to how it was. Maybe I'll just leave it for now. Thanks.
I think that @tomseys is referring to running the script to enable GPO in Home edition.
As for remedy, there is one....and Shawn @Brink would never question it, as he is using it too, for creating reg files to enforce GPO for Home edition users.
Just change things in Registry by following Group Policy Settings Reference for Windows and Windows Server
