    Yeah I saw that on both machines too. But then did another check for updates and it disappeared on each one

    Yes, that actually seems to be intentional and is new in 1803. It appears on the update page when an update has downloaded, but is pending a restart to complete the install. If you click the 'view configured update policies' just below that message you'll see the two configured policies are Active Hours Start and Active Hours End.

    Technically, these policies are only in force while a restart is pending, so the message appears to let you know they are active and disappears once the update has been installed. I suppose MS though it would be 'helpful' and 'informative'. If so, it could have been worded better
