Official release notes has been updated. @Brink
Ran Windows Update a couple of hours ago, downloaded & installed surprisingly quick. Been checking & looking for issues since and so far can find on problems. Day's off to a good start.
Still haven't fixed the can't see other PCs on network.
Neither of my known issues were fixed though
Version 1803 does not allow me to set defaults by app - MoBEX error
1803 creating a system image fails with RPC server error 0x800706BA (x86 only)
Talking about déjŕ vu, the same problem I had with the previous CU (May 8th, I think it was) reproduced itself, i.e., the update installed without a glitch on my oldest computer Gateway DX4831, but not on my newest HP Envy. Only this time around, it was even worst for the latter. First, I tried the manual update and after it finished installing, on the "restart" I ended up with the infamous message: "We couldn't install the update, Undoing changes, Don't turn off your computer".
I decided to take a chance with the MS Update Catalog, same thing happened at the restart. I troubleshooted Windows Updates and tried again. Still it didn't work. Finally, I ran sfc /scannow (no integrity violations), also dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth and troubleshooted Windows Updates again which asked to apply "this fix". After that, I tried the update downloaded from MS Update catalog. What a relief, I got it installed on that last ditch effort after two failed attempts as evidenced by the red arrows on my screenshot below:
