That is easy to fix by yourself when installing Windows and creating initial user account, or when creating users later on. Always create your users as local (offline) accounts using whatever username you'd prefer, and that name will be used for user profile folder.
Sign in to desktop with new local account, only then switch to Microsoft account. Doing it this way keeps your preferred user profile name also with MS account.
If you create a user as Microsoft account, then the profile will be named with a five character abbreviation from that email address. If user Joe Doe with an MS account email joe.doe@some-email-provider.com uses that email when creating a user account, the profile folder will be named as joedo. If he wants profile name Joe instead, he must first create a local account naming it Joe, then switch to MS account.
In your case, next time you'll do a clean install, do it with local account Swarfega, then switch to MS account after booting to desktop first time. Your MS account user profile will now be Swarfega instead of swarf.
