Mine was sitting there too, Steve, but it's now installing at 8%. I don't exactly know when I started the process, but I think it was around 7:30 Central. It's now 10:11 PM. So, I'm guessing it was stalled for quite awhile.

Gahhhhhhhhhhhh, now I'm at Preparing to Install 99%. Sheesh! I think I been too lucky!

I forgot about Build - that's why development seemed stalled. Anyway making ISO and then restarting. Hope that re-enabling the WSL feature and installing the Ubuntu1804 app will be a success.

Haven’t had a chance to download—-maybe I don’t want to, based on number of bad reviews so far.

Doesn't run from start list either. Will try another reboot. Sets and Edge appear to work.
