Ughh - that is a really bad change. I always regarded stuff in disk cleanup as temporary crap. Now I will have to remember to UNTICK that option, when I select everything else.

I am going to complain on feedback about this really bad change.
    Totally agree.

Why don't they just make another program that just zaps windows.old and leaves the ohter folders in Disk Cleanup with a warming.?

    You already have one

    Code:
    RD /S /Q %SystemDrive%\windows.old

Trying to use Sandboxie today with this build and the computer crashes with "Kmode_Exeption_Not_Handled".

Usually the Downloads folder contains a lot of junk. But the cleanup should not touch anything else but system and temporary files, nor any other user data.
But it also includes vital downloads, some of which might be very hard to go get again. Some are deleted over time, and were only there temporarily. So this could be devastating to some. And at the very least, they should have made an announcement of this, to warn users who are use to just hitting cleanup without really looking hard at what is there, as it hasn't changed much over the years.
I changed my folders out because my sys drive is a ssd. But I would bet that most users have files in there that they've had for years.

Don't just complain about it, demand an explanation!!!

I lost a bunch of PDF Manuals that I'm gonna have a helluva time getting back, and some other stuff!

'Look both ways before you cross the street' I guess!!!

('Look both ways before you install another sh*tty Build'!!!)

There is an alternative method to Disk Clean Up....Storage in Settings give options.

What about the folder Found.000? Has anyone found a way to delete it? I have taken over permissions, and still can't get rid of it. It's just supposed to be file fragments from diskdefrag, but if that's the case, why can't we delete its contents???

In relation to W10 crash using Sandboxie I found in Task Manager the following:

Name:	Sbie.png
Views:	49
Size:	2.9 KB
ID:	189791

Windows is disabling it for some reason.
