    Alas, did not fix it for me...
    Which method did you try? The command prompt or the GPO?

    After this update i have the same problem, the desktop's not detect in the network by name but only whit IP.
    @juliocosta, turning on the SMB1 Client on the machine that can't see the desktop should fix that. As a deprecated feature the upgrade to 1803 probably turned it off.

    @Bree, @juliocosta

    Please take that into account, before you decide, what to do!

    I used regedit. I have Home, so no GPO. I couldn't do it from the command prompt: Set-ItemProperty was not recognized as a command.

    I'm very sorry, huge mistake from my part!!!
    It should have said, from an elevated PowerShell. Set-ItemProperty is PowerShell command.
    Try running the commands from an elevated PowerShell

    @ddelo, would that I could, but I have no option. There are several legacy devices on my network that require SMB1. My network storage and my SmartTV would be inaccessible without it.

    That's what I meant before. "Take it into account", i.e. examine your options! I guess you don't really have an option!

    After you install this update, the computer can not turn on. I do not know where the problem is. A black screen with a roller wheel appears, and after some time the computer shuts down and restarts again. Do not you know what? Thank you very much for your answer.

    Actually, I think what you have given is a fix for a different issue. I'm talking about the 'Windows Insider Program manages this option' in red on the Feedback settings, not any problem with receiving updates:
