I do like where they're going with Linux stuff, its a far cry from the Ballmer days. May be one day Windows will have a Linux kernel!

Anyone has a good fix of desktop & taskbar constantly refreshing issue?
Edit: Okay, I found the fix by disable the auto startup the "Snagit " App at Windows boot. It looks like this build has compatibility issue with Snaget.

It's not Edge Thunderbird is opening in, it's a feature called Sets of tabbed apps,
You can add Thunderbird to the Sets exclusion list...

Today my desktop/taskbar has developed this stop & immediately restart issue.
I do not have Snagit on this machine. I checked Autoruns to be sure it wasn't present.
This stop and auto-restart.is occurring at about 2 minute 10 (+) seconds intervals.

WU offered, and I installed a couple of Office 2010 updates (KB4011274 & KB 4022137) this morning. I wondered if they had any bearing, but uninstalling them and rebooting didn't cure the explorer.exe stop and auto-restart.
This desktop machine dual boots Insider and 1803. Each install is on its own SSD. The 1803 update occurred this morning.
All suggestions appreciated!
Reply to @smarticus None of that will work for me right now, I have no way to do it. I just need an iso. Thanks for your reply though
I have uploaded 17661.1001.180428-1349.RS_PRERELEASE_CLIENTPRO_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US.ISO to my Onedrive. If you send me a PM I can send you the link. Be aware that while it clean installed on my physical machine when I tried to add Hyper-V and WSL the machine crashed with a HAL inititalization error and after one of my attempts almost destroyed my BIOS. No problems installing on a VM. I made a system backup awhile ago and will try upgrading to 17661 using setup.exe from the ISO. I have already added all the features I want to Microsoft Windows [Version 10.0.17134.48] upgraded to the cumulative which was released yesterday. I'm thinking that should work - of course either way I'll let you guys know.
