Checked two machines, no update available. Are others receiving this update?

I can move Edge around fine. Even when maximized, if I grab on top (left click an hold) in the center, it unmaximizes and moves.

OK. That's the old-school win32 program (.exe). I have that, too, and it works fine. It fires up the sync client and brings up and Explorer window at one's local OneDrive folder, and from that point on, anything you put in there will sync up to the cloud. And anything you put in the cloud will sync up with your local folder.

The other OneDrive program is a UWP (modern? metro? store app? what are we calling them this week?) 'app' that connects directly with your cloud OneDrive, and doesn't start the sync client. So things you do in this 'app' are not reflected locally, and things you do locally are not reflected in the cloud.

It seems like MS is de-emphasizing local storage, and encouraging doing stuff in the cloud, and only in the cloud. The only way I'll use cloud storage is if it is always synced locally.
Wait till The OS is Cloud based..

Not that I want it, but one wonders why I didn't get it? The UWP that is. I have Office 2016 Pro installed on this PC. I haven't done that yet on the other. I haven't installed anything, just uninstalled candy crush etc.

" Try this... it will create the task and run the command at logon "...…….will try , though I always use a local account for logging in.
Can we open it as "administrator " , will it work also.
    Did you tried this already…?
    @pietcorus2

Standard user accounts are a bit finicky with Task Scheduler but I tested this method

    1. Run this as Admin
    NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdateTask.ps1

You will now have a Task called Update FileSystem - double click on that and click Change User/Groups button and go advanced etc and select "Users"

    2. Save this file to "C:\Users\Public\WindowsPowerShell\Scripts"
    NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate.ps1

Sign in as Standard user and UAC should prompt for Admin password when you hit the desktop.

I did a clean install on my HP EliteBook Folio last night. The only problem I ran into was that MCT didn't want to write my flash drive the first time so I had to reformat it. Something was definitely screwy with my old install because after the clean install, reinstalling my apps, and restoring all my files, my overall disk usage is almost 30GB smaller!

I did run into a couple of issues so far. HP SoftPaq Download Manager fails to connect to HP's FTP server to get software updates so I had to go to HP's support webpage and manually download/install all of my drivers. Also, If I use any version of the driver other than the old one that the update initially installed for my Synaptics fingerprint reader, Windows Hello won't work at all. It won't accept new fingerprints to replace the ones that were deleted during the driver install.

I did encounter a few pleasant surprises with the update. My USB Bluetooth dongle's internal LED started working again. Also, the Settings app doesn't crash when clicking "Set Defaults by App" anymore. It also seemed to fix an odd issue I was having with Edge (and IE11) where it would skip some of the images when printing a webpage. Edge also seems a lot faster. I had a look at the about:flags page and it seems that they enabled TCP Fast Open, Fetch Networking, and (on my machine at least) set the renderer to the Canary version by default. I may actually stick with Edge now. I also really like the new UI changes throughout the OS.

    Hey @magilla, :)

Odd. KB4135051 is the one available for Insiders below.

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast/Slow/RP Build 17134.5 - April 27 Insider - Windows 10 Forums
has been added to two of my computers today -- both on April update of 30th. Just installed one April 30th update and immediately received the build that makes it 17134.5 There had been speculation that it would be taken up to .5 build.

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Fast/Slow/RP Build 17134.5 - April 27 Insider - Windows 10 Forums

I left the Insider program over the weekend.
One system was on 17134.1 and no updates from WU as of today.
Two of my systems were on 17134.5 and I removed KB4135051 which brought them back to 17134.1 and only updates today were for Office 13.

Maybe we will get a CU next Tuesday.

The Media Creation Tool and the Update Assistant will give you 1803 from 30th. but looks like the actual rollout, pushing it through windows update, won't begin until the 8th. May.

MS did something similar for 1703...

Windows 10 Creators Update coming April 11th 2017
    but on 5th April...
Windows 10 Creators Update available through the Update Assistant
I got mine through windows update here in uk at 3pm on 30th and downloaded and installed and running ok along with office insider
