I can move mine without issue, it wont move if maximized
No window will move when it is maximized, whether it be File Explorer, Outlook or any browser window for that matter. I keep the window half-way open when I have two or three open for easy navigation.

I can move mine from monitor to monitor, even if they are maximized. Outlook, IE, Weather App, The window reduced size as soon as I move it via the title bar.
    EDIT: Even Edge.

Just switched to a Microsoft account on my other PC, clean install. All I see is One Drive Desktop App, and it works just fine. Both of these are Enterprise, if that matters.
Do you mean the UWP app, or the win32 program (which I think of as the Desktop App)? I have both, they both work, but differently. If you drag'n'drop a file into the UWP app, it is copied to the OneDrive server in the cloud, but not to the local OneDrive folder. Similarly, if you copy a file into the local folder in explorer, it doesn't show up in the UWP app.

However, the win32 program, when launched, activates the sync client, so if you copy stuff into the local folder or the cloud folder, it is synced up.

I can see no way to start the sync client from the UWP app - it seems to work strictly with the cloud, not the local.

As a matter of fact, I do have two monitors, but they are on separate desks and I cannot move anything from one monitor to another. I know I can configure them to be able to do that, but I haven't for lack of space since the 2 monitors have to be close to each other..

I only have the one One Drive entry in my Start Menu and its show as Desktop App. The target is %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneDrive\OneDrive.exe and target type Application.

    Hey @magilla, :)

Odd. KB4135051 is the one available for Insiders below.

OK. That's the old-school win32 program (.exe). I have that, too, and it works fine. It fires up the sync client and brings up and Explorer window at one's local OneDrive folder, and from that point on, anything you put in there will sync up to the cloud. And anything you put in the cloud will sync up with your local folder.

The other OneDrive program is a UWP (modern? metro? store app? what are we calling them this week?) 'app' that connects directly with your cloud OneDrive, and doesn't start the sync client. So things you do in this 'app' are not reflected locally, and things you do locally are not reflected in the cloud.

It seems like MS is de-emphasizing local storage, and encouraging doing stuff in the cloud, and only in the cloud. The only way I'll use cloud storage is if it is always synced locally.
