Same thing just happened to me just now. I uninstalled and reinstalled, went through the setup and it seems OK now.
I have two identical looking OneDrive items in my Start menu - both are labeled simply 'OneDrive'. One of them brings up the OneDrive app. The other brings up an Explorer window open to my local OneDrive folder, and starts the sync client if it's not already running (the app doesn't do this).
The app item can be uninstalled from start menu, the other can not.

Does anybody have this problem with Edge after installing April 2018 Update?. If I click and hold the title bar to move the Edge window, it won't budge. Notwithstanding, the same problem doesn't exist with Google Chrome or Firefox.
Removing the drive letter stops the drive appearing in File Explorer. Some partitions such as the Recovery partition that should never have had a letter assigned are appearing in File Explorer after the upgrade to 1803. This is nothing new, it has happened occasionally in previous upgrade too.

Dunno bout those Startup Apps but the Feedback issue is an easy fix with gpedit, go to Computer Configuration > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Data Collection and Privacy and set "Toggle user control over Insider builds" to Disabled.
According to gpedit your above fix only works up to Version 1703.

I'm not seeing that One Drive error on my upgraded Enterprise install. Upgraded via Windows update yesterday.
Will check it on my clean install when I get a chance. I haven't switched it to a Microsoft Account yet.

Just switched to a Microsoft account on my other PC, clean install. All I see is One Drive Desktop App, and it works just fine. Both of these are Enterprise, if that matters.
