17134.1 added a cumulative update for Insiders that made the build 17134.5 so you actually have the latest up-to-date build.
Thank you for confirming . :)

I can't seem to do a clean install with this build. I have the iso on dvd and usb. When I boot from either one I don't get the option of reformatting the drive for a clean install. I installed it via setup.exe from the iso but it seems it isn't a clean install cause there is a windows.old after the installation. Tried MCT but same as installing with setup.exe. Any help on this would be appreciated. Thanks.

I got a minor issue after update to 17134.1:
Previously I can just access my shared folder from another machine within the local network by mapping as follow:
\\machine name\shared folder name
Now this is not possible, need to use IP Address instead:
\\machine IP Address\shared folder name
Have you tried to start "Function Discovery Resource Publication" service? Go to run and type services.msc. Start the service and then change startup type to automatic. For some reason MS changed that service to manual.

No problems with photos app, but noticed map is missing. Weather, people apps ok. Trying to download maps from store results in error message and states cannot download
Is anyone else having issues with preinstalled Microsoft apps like Photos and Maps?
My photo app, people app, paint 3D app, mail app, maps app, camera, calculator, alarms and clock, weather and skype apps are all present and working. There was a slight delay in the loading of photo app initially compared to the others but it works fine.
There is an issue with non store app SumatraPDF . If it is installed, when I click the "set defaults by app" link in Settings/Apps/Default Apps.... the page fails to load and closes. Sumatra will also fail to install itself as the default app and keep asking on startup of app if I would like it installed as default. If I uninstall SumatraPDF, the "set default by app" issue vanishes. I'm currently using the portable version with no issue. I reported this issue on Feedback hub. This was noted earlier in the thread.

Apps seem ok but getting an error about family features every time I reboot. Also where is the Cortana daily feed when clicking her bar or circle? I thought it was maybe servers but it’s still missing this AM in UK. No news headlines, no local weather or other tidbits. Just some tips. Across multiple PCs

On a older laptop that I updated using a USB thumb drive (Setup.exe) I cannot open "Set defaults by app".
All the other options in Settings - Apps - Default apps work, just not "set defaults by app". Submitted an error on the feedback hub.
On the laptop that I clean installed it works fine.
Happened to me too Ken. Seems to be connected to a Sumatra install in my case.

It is in manual as you write. However, starting it make no different. My other machine running 17134.5 has no issue at all. This "Function Discovery Resource Publication" is manual too on this machine. Kinda a puzzle to me what block the connection!

It seems that the problem with Sumatra only occurs in some cases, I have it installed and I have no problem.

I woke up this morning, pulled out my 2010 ASUS X54C laptop, looked for an update and it found the April Update in 2 seconds, and started it's magic.
Later I'll pull out my Lenovo H530 desktop, and see how it goes. That one has not been hooked up since the fall update, so I have a lot of software to update too.
