Nobody is. 17134.5 was for Insiders. We'll see what time brings for us

The main Windows installation took about 10 minutes. It's a joy to install on an m.2 drive.

My install via WU went fine at first however after the first reboot it didn't finish the upgrade (no errors). In windows update it says "reboot to complete installation" on the 1803 install. Rebooting doesn't do anything. I was able to install from the iso instead and that seems to have worked fine.

    So...

I clean installed a little while ago using the file from UUP Dump and using Kari's tutorial. It gave me 17134.1

    Two questions.

1/ Will the earlier file I made be identical to that made now using the MCT ? By identical I mean will the final installed version be the same.

2/ As someone else I think mentioned, why am I seeing 'Windows Insider Program Manages This
    Option'.

I've set this clean install up using a local account.
