For me, this is just more bloat I have to disable....ah well I still wouldn't have any other OS. Guess I'm just an old fart.

Use the Last option.
Stop Insider Builds Completely.
It will remove you from Insider program and It will go back to normal updates and current Build remains.

than I can say Microsoft has wasted so many times.. I'll confirm that after public release... so many UI bugs from 17133 still exists on 17134..
