Ok, I'm on the same page now, no the launcher (Game Explorer) doesn't work for me either. I don't use it, so I never noticed. I only ever play a couple of the games and just pin them to my Start Menu.

That's what I do - I've never even installed the Game Explorer. Let me give it a try... nope, doesn't work here, either (and no icon). As long as Solitaire works, I'm good

Lol, well that is what I have ended up doing although now I don't even install the games, I just copy the required games folder/s to an arbitrarily named folder created in documents where they are safe, and from there I create the tiles to run them from the executables in each individual game.

The launcher was just a puzzle and it seems MS have very specifically targeted this to me.

Edit... I wonder if you still have the option to delete game statistics in disk cleanup ?

WELL.... that was painless, first time I have upgraded this notebook and NOT had an issue with the HP 3D Driveguard driver.... reinstalled and set itself up.. took about 90 mins

Nice.

Yes my 3D got installed as well on a machine I cleaned installed. It missed memory card reader. Had to get from HP.

Only issued I've really noticed, only on machines I upgraded, Set Defaults by apps won't start. Oh and it gave my recovery drive a letter and it doesn't always show machines that are networked (both fixed ).

Set defaults by app is working OK for me on this PC. It was an upgrade done via Windows update, check for updates. No MCT involved.
