has been added to two of my computers today -- both on April update of 30th. Just installed one April 30th update and immediately received the build that makes it 17134.5 There had been speculation that it would be taken up to .5 build.

It's almost as if the Personal Computer Revolution never happened. The whole point was to have your own programs, running on your own computer, running your own OS, with your own data storage. I remember the late 70's/early 80's, how exciting it was. And here we go, back to terminals time-sharing on a mainframe. Er, I meant 'thin clients working in the cloud'.
I may be about to move on to Linux full time - been dual-booting it with Windows since '98. It has come a long long way since then!

Superfly , tried your first solution , works fine ! Thank you for your great help first !!
The NtfsDisableLastAccessUpdate , will stay on "1" , just as it was in the 1709-version .
Will test your latest solution , wonder if it could be better , only minus is this Powershell-screen after booting , on the desktop .
Still dont know why it changes after reboot , from "1 " ( disabled !) to " 80000003 " , must have some reason..............
Will let you know after testing !
Not that I want it, but one wonders why I didn't get it? The UWP that is. I have Office 2016 Pro installed on this PC. I haven't done that yet on the other. I haven't installed anything, just uninstalled candy crush etc.
I think you have to go install it from the Store. It's there, if you want to check it out. Seems incomplete and underfeatured to me. but it's modern and shiny!

Trying to make a USB flash drive installer from MCT. Lexar 16GB flash drive, NTFS. Went with defaults with the exception of 32&64 bit versions. Failed 3 times so far with this "problem" that I am guessing is about 3/4 way thru the process.

Download as ISO file & then burn it to USB using Rufus.
