Anyone notice the difference in MS solitaire collection? Seems to have lost some robust-ness?

I have no idea what disc drive 'G' could be
    Hello @tommo, :)

If you like, you can use an option in the tutorial below to remove the drive letter for the OEM partition without affecting the partition.

Thanks Brink,I have looked in Settings>Storage at drive G and there are 16.1 MB of system files,it says "These files help Windows run properly, your PC won't work without them, would it be advisable to leave well alone,my PC runs ok,I was just curious about another drive appearing after the April Update, both my HP laptops have updated but do not have an added drive in file explorer

You can use the third option in that tutorial. (shortest)... mountvol G: /d

This partition shouldn't be listed in Explorer. You're not alone.

    Thank you!

The 1803 update made an OEM E: drive on my Laptop that could not be modified with disk management. The command prompt select volume option worked great. Thanks again.

I deleted the drive letter E for the OEM drive that the 1803 update created. It's not a user partition and shouldn't show up on the Explorer pane, which it no longer does. Now the update definitions and other things that were pointed to Drive E work again without changing them all.

I can confirm the OEM partition suddenly having a drive letter here post-1803 and lots of "out of disk space" nags. For an ordinary user, I can understand why it's unsettling: a new drive you've never seen, Windows telling you it's full, but once you open it, it's empty and no hidden files, even.

Thank you to the mates here on TenForums for checking my sanity. I was looking around my computer to see, "What drive did I plug in last night and why is it so small?" haha

Removed the drive letter with DISKPART and all is good.
