Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Skip Ahead Build 17655 - Apr. 25 Insider

Nice build but not much new, I don't even have any of those Known issues. Got to check some more about "Mobile Broadband (LTE) connectivity" because i do have 4G internet bat that's thru dedicated router over Ethernet. There are some old issues they don't mention as fixed but really are. Like issue with Settings and WD etc. No problem any more.

I was reading the release Tweet by Dona.

What does Brandons excitement towards an Avengers movie have to do with this build? Sure, they use Surface Pros in it...but still... makes no sense...

Don't think so, it's usually 5 or 6 removed and few days old.

Those are still only internal builds and when a build looks promising and stable enough it goes to distribution to appropriate insider ring. So, expect next build soon after you see 17660. Probably next 5 days after.
