Wacky behavior identical to @maglia. But it's ready to restart, build ISO and firing up Hyper-V Build 17650.

I wish they'd waited a day and put out 17656.1001. I can't test the new adapter.

All finished and iso made. Very slow install. Started to install, installed, then repeated install sequence before asking for restart. Don't know why. Total time before restart was 1 hour. After restart, usual sequence. Stopped to make iso from uuptoiso. So, I don't know whether I can make the use of new connection to internet that Brink was talking about.
After rereading the startup dialog about broadband - don't use cellular broadband connectivity so, no, I cannot test this.

Updated, took a while for such little new content.

Only enrolled on Skippy two hours ago from Insider Preview to Build 17650....now have Updated to build 17655....pity I did not wait a couple of hours as two updates, one on top of the other....tests ones resolve to participate as an Insider.
