TOSH Spectre & Meltdown Vulnerability Status.docx
This PC is not on the Toshiba list for an update - in fact Tosh don't even support Windows 10 on it! I've had to get Network and Bluetooth drivers for that reason, but it's been working very well with Win 10 through all its iterations after I updated from Win 7
Then my suggestion is to uninstall the update, to at least save the performance, if it is fairly noticeable.
Then since Toshiba has dropped it, I would suggest to take a look here. These guys are pretty good with revision codes and updates. As far as i have heard, Spectre hasn't been found "in the wild", browsers are all updated so I feel that there is less risk leaving it as it is.
However, thank you very much for spending all this time with me - I do appreciate it. Think i need a
If any other forum members have any helpful suggestions, I'm all ears.
