Some programs stopped working, like EasyBCD for instance. On the other hand Sets have progressed, when I open Total Commander for instance and than open a text file in it, just new tab opens with That text opened in Notepad.

Just noticed that the cursor loading circle is solid and not spinning. Not a big deal but as I've noticed it it might become irksome

This one automagically installed on my system - but both 17643 and 17650 have my mouse playing fits - the mouse cursor / icon disappears randomly and takes a second or 2 to show back up. It's annoying, to say the least.

Hi @Kari, this may be of interest for you to try.

I had problems with upgrading 17134 on my tablet. I got it upgraded using HyperV and Macrium Reflect.

Of course, I am assuming you can get tablet back to its condition before you tried to upgrade including all drivers.
I used a somewhat simpler approach: I just launched a Macrium incremental image which was automatically made last night as scheduled in viBoot, upgraded it from ISO, saved as new incremental and restored the new image.

I will demonstrate this viBoot method on our TenForums Saturday Live session on 28th, Saturday next week.

Sure viboot works as well. My sequence pretty much works on any virtual machine with a few minor changes.

Exact sequence is not important - key is updating in a vm rather than on a tablet.

Everything seems to be working well so far, but no Insider installation ever took anywhere near so long for me before. It was more than 3 1/2 hours from start to finish.

Sure Viboot works fine if tablet is 64bit or support legacy bios.

I cannot see how to use viboot on 32bit uefi as hyper-v does not support 32bit uefi.

Updated to 17650 on the physical machine. Justed started from an image a few days old, which however had, about 15 non-MS programs including Nightly and Chrome Canary. I still dislike Edge.
