Finally got an ISO made from files downloaded via Windows Update in the Software Distribution folder.

The "Skippy" reg hack worked fine to re-activate the Skip Ahead status for my laptop and downloaded the update files just fine and UUPtoISO worked a treat (as always) to create my 17650 ISO for creation of a new Hyper-V VM.

Will try the mini-dump method later tonight or early tomorrow to see if all the files are finally available there.

Good luck to anyone else jumping through similar hoops to get hold of 17650.

I figure it would be incredibly easy to implement that!!!

Mine took the usual 3 hours on my Skip Ahead partition but this time it took way shorter in the setup/download/install period and way longer in the post-reboot period.

In case someone still needs it, this is the missing file in the Miniserver.

After one failure, mine took about an hour.

You now get Pop-Ups in the Settings Panel!!!
