Just installed the reg-hack to re-enable "Skip-Ahead." Awaiting reboot and retry via WU.

Don't know if it will work...

No - I don't have this machine enrolled in the Insider Program. I just d/l the .isos I want to try - then return the original image when I'm done playing with the newer version.

    2 tries with mini-dump - 2 failures

"A file resource needed to complete the operation was missing from the WIM."
Did you run update before doing the iso creation?

Just came off of re-boot...checked WU with Windows Update Mini-tool and lo and behold...17650 showed up, at least in WUMT's interface. Clicked "Download" and am now waiting for the DL to complete...will report back if this method works. Then, will make an ISO with UUPtoISO.

I have to say, an issue like this looks like incompetence.
How the hell do you break something so basic?!!!

    • Using arrow and Page Up / Page Down keys doesn’t work to scroll webpages in Microsoft Edge. You’ll need to use another input method (mouse, touch, or touchpad).

Yes - have had issues once or twice - usually all goes well.

    Here we go...again...!!

Windows Update Mini-tool finished 17650's download...copied the path from "C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download\5599118dd79e2891919b6d0dd20b2d91" to UUPtoISO and am now just finished running that. New/same error..."Missing File"...but at least now it's a different file named as missing. Gonna hit the mini-dump again and see what happens.

All methods of scrolling do work on internet explorer, as usual, pageup, pagedown, up down keys, mouse. I don’t use Edge, so can’t comment.
