Perhaps something on my computer is hanging on downloads/update because as said before downloading the uup files from uupdl took a large time too.

You will never automatically get it unless you rejoin the Insider Programme. You will of course be able to manually upgrade when official iso is released. As for a date, who knows?

I guess it seemed slower than it actually was. My download before the restart was 37 minutes; after restart it was 7 minutes. Seemed much slower till I looked at timers.
