    Windows 10 Update 4/27/2018 KB4135051 (build 17134.5)

Anyone know what this KB does? It has to be the fastest Windows Update in speed. Not sure what it does besides change the build from 17134.1 to 17134.5.

Pardon if this has already been posted, looked back but did not see it. Seems to explain the no change log, and the May 8th date.

    Interesting read, Dick.

For those having left or thinking about leaving the insiders program, don't or rejoin:

Update: Some users are reporting that this patch isn't arriving on their machine unless they re-enroll in the Insider Program.

    Speculation:

"Officially known as Windows 10 April 2018 Update, today’s cumulative update should be a small update that is usually designed to just remove the Insider markers without adding any new features or addressing any major bug fixes. Considering there is no changelog available yet, it is likely this particular build is only focusing on removing the markers and not addressing any last-minute bugs."

The patch only arrives if on Insider. Same happened with patch for 17133 if you left Insider (that was possible but leaves build in limbo).

My update history remained intact, is why I posted.
Same here. I updated 4 machines from .1, and 3 of the 4 show I'm still running the Feature Update Insider build and the patch, and on the 4th I got the error saying it failed, and then when I chose to retry it cleared the Update History. Winver shows I'm running .5 on all of them.

Yes - I had to rejoin to get it. When I did, it showed up instantly. As others have said, it's a pretty quick update. Who knows what it actually does, but everything seems fine. Which it already was.

Yes I had to rejoin to get this patch on my main system, and other one was already in insider, now question is do I stay in Insider Release Preview til Monday, or leave after this update?
