Maybe the upgrade from 17133 to 17134 is what kept it broken.

Could be . . . broken stuff has stayed broken through newer Builds before. In my experience, a clean install will fix it. But not yet.

I saw this info at another windows enthusiast site. I downloaded a couple of the files and was able to make a 17134 ISO using an ESD decryption program..

As far as I'm concerned, it never hurts for these types of links to be duplicated. Not everyone has the time to read back, or keep up, so it's nice that they get a second chance to see it. :)
